Federal prosecutors in New York announced the arrest of a 31-year old Missouri man, Juan Thompson, on charges that stem from bomb threats that have targeted at least eight separate Jewish centers across the country recently.
Authorities also charged Thompson with cyber-stalking charges, because of allegations that he had used an ex girlfriend’s name when making the threats against the Jewish houses of worship.
Thompson was arrested early Friday morning in St. Louis. He is scheduled to be in court later today for his first bond hearing.
