So, What’s a ‘Dotard’? The Meaning Behind Kim’s Latest Insult

By: Zack Duvall

‘Dotard’

A word that hasn’t been in the English language spotlight since the time of Shakespeare and Tolkien… until now.

During an idiotic and, more than likely, alcohol fueled tantrum on state-run media outlet KCNA, little Kim called U.S. President Donald Trump a ‘dotard’, sending Twitter tags flying and pundits breaking out their ol’ English dictionaries looking for the meaning.

Dotard, which is a word used to describe a senile old person, is old to late Middle English that most people would have never even known existed if it wasn’t for the despot in lights out nation.

Apparently, he did learn a thing or two while schooling in the West, and not just the glory of the championship Chicago Bulls.

See, even if his country is completely destroyed by the overwhelming power of the U.S. military, Little K contributed to the vocabulary of millions of people. For someone who isn’t smart enough to see the failed thought process in virtually every decision they make, that’s not half bad!

And yes, for those of you wondering, there is already a trending #dotard on social media…
